What an experience at Heart Attack Grill ????⚡
Definitely not your typical restaurant: the whole concept is wild, over-the-top and super entertaining. The burgers are huge and indulgent, exactly what you expect (and more ????).
The atmosphere is crazy in the best way: fun, loud and unforgettable. Not somewhere you go for a quiet dinner, but 100% worth it for the experience! We didn’t get spanked as we ate everything we ordered hehe ????
Vegas at its most extreme — you have to try it at least once! ????????

Idk man it's amazing there

Split a single and fries fried in lard with a friend. Yes, it's a tourist trip but fun no less! The boys enjoyed the nurses. It's loud but so is Freemont St. A guy was there and got on scale to get free burgers. He succeeded. There is also a scale outside. We went on Friday at 11 with no wait.

Let's be honest. You do not go for the food but you go for the fun. Surprisingly the burger I had was very good. It was very pity I could not finish it. So I got spanked

I've heard and seen this place but I haven't been there yet. If you wanna go to a hospital themed restaurant filled with some good delicious fatty greasy food this may be the place for you. ????????????????????????

What an amazing spot. Especially when you qualify to eat for free. Even though you have to buy a drink with each round, this is the cheapest filling meal for you if you’re 350+. Unfortunately we didn’t finish all our food and got spanked. Food was great, service was on point, and the whole place was fun. Especially enjoyed watching all of the parody music videos to popular music

Súper divertido. Fuimos de listos y salimos azotados, encima no hay ventanas y se ve desde la calle. Las hamburguesas son muuuuuy grandes y de sabor están bien. El local está decorado de manera muy original. No está nada mal eso de comer y escuchar un plaaaas.

Scores are based on expectations...this is not fine dining. It was fun though...go with that in mind.
